even tho' we had to say it many times during the watergame, we'll say it again:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY XINWEI!
love you many many, thanks for being the one who's always there (with comfort food or just tissue) when we need you.
try to remember to remove bra before showering in complete drunken-ness tonight! :)

Grand Corpthorne Waterfront guys. All other options were fully booked (damn those IMF-ers who are extending their stay). With my mum's help, its about the same price as Gallery, or perhaps slightly cheaper, so not much worries.
I love birthdays. Such a great excuse to be extravagant. ;) Wish you could stay too, Mel! We'll load up on the alco before you have to fast. Heh.
Speaking of alco, who has what they can bring? I have 2 bottles of Vodka, half a Malibu and one Choya, but I'm not sure if I can bring all cuz I'll be at the Turf Club with Dennis and Family before then.

keep your 23rd free, my friends. we're going to celebrate our dear Flabby's 23rd birthday. (yes dear, 23, not 19.)
ideas include doing a hotel/party thing again - which we will split with the birthday girl according to... however broke feline is.
if you think about it, getting a room makes things cheaper: this way, we can save on alcohol (because we're bringing our leftovers) and get drunk in the hotel room, party (if so desired) and not have to cab back home. if we do go to coco then we can get the chop before 10 and not pay cover.
*i'm so cheapskate*
haiyah, excuse the money-saving talk: i'm super broke this month.
keep yer 23rd free!

sometimes, i really hate sitting down in the train, coz after you get all settled in, an elderly stands in the vicinity... and you just have to stand up to give up your nicely warmed seat and see them perched at the edge of it.
sidetrack: i really don't get why aunties can't just SIT on the darn seat. it's like 'ooh, hot - cannot sit, later whatever disease the person has will infect me through gas.' ARGHHH. *anal*
anyway, i'm not the kind that will just pretend to sleep, or pretend they're not there. i just... can't do it!
that's why my brain exploded yesterday.
the train started getting crowded at bedok. i was doing my quiet time (QT) as usual, so i didn't notice anything until i was done. guess what? an elderly was near me!
left brain:
aiyah, but i was feeling comfy leh. and everything is on my lap - mp3, handphone, Bible, bag, jacket...
right brain:
later the poor uncle fall down!!! and you dare say you have a Bible in your hands too!
so i started to pack my things... and then an elderly lady squeezed into my view.
oh shit. now, who to give my seat to??
erm, erm, erm...
as my brain slowly weighed the pros and cons ('he came first!' 'but she's an ah ma! supposedly weaker' etc) the train reached kallang.
and then another ah pek came in and stood next to the first ah pek and ah ma.
i gave up.
i sat back and pretended to sleep.
